2. Scorpio May Break the Silence Because the Feelings Never Completely Disappeared
Scorpio may be another sign likely to unexpectedly contact Cancer because emotional connections between these two water signs can remain intense even after communication stops. Scorpio may walk away physically, but that does not necessarily mean they have emotionally detached.
Cancer and Scorpio often understand each other’s sensitivity, loyalty, and need for trust. When things are good, the connection can feel unusually private and deep. When things go wrong, however, both signs may retreat into silence rather than admitting how much the situation affected them.
